The Soul-Mate

Jang-soo, a stoic and solitary judo instructor, lives a quiet life centered entirely around his young daughter—the only person who can stir any warmth in his otherwise cold heart. Haunted by past failures and estranged from the world, he avoids all unnecessary human contact and spends his days in routine discipline and silence.

But his world turns upside down when he begins to see Tae-jin, the restless spirit of a once-passionate police officer who died under mysterious circumstances. Tae-jin, unable to cross over, desperately pleads with Jang-soo to help uncover the truth behind his death—a case that was hastily closed and buried by powerful figures.
